    Hi everyone!

I'm new on the community and I've just started to work with the tool, so I do not know quite well how to use that yet.

I haven't seen the solar and biomass resources in the primary energy resources tab, so somebody can tell me if I can do analysis on the tool of this two sources?

    I already thank you!

    Regards,

    Morjana

    Hi Morjana -

Yes, LEAP can be used to help you conduct an assessment of all fuel requirements in your region, including solar and biomass. But I'm not sure what you're referring to by the "primary energy resources tab" - can you clarify that? Are you looking at a pre-made LEAP model, or perhaps the demonstration model installed in LEAP called "Freedonia"? Note that the branches beneath the Resources category in LEAP are added automatically depending on the fuels which are produced or consumed elsewhere in your model.

    Best,
    Taylor

    Hi Taylor!

    Thank you for your answer.
Sorry, but I don't know how to clarify that yet, but I'm glad to know that I cant do an analysis of this sources. As I've said I'm new on the platform, and I think I'm going to read the training material first and do some exercises in order to be familiarized with the tool features.
I've just received my license so I'm gonna start now and if any doubt remains I will try the forum again!

    Thank you very much!

    Regards,

    Morjana

    Hi Taylor!

I would like to know if you can help me again with a problem that I´m facing when I try to see the results of exercise 1.
In the beginning, everything were working, but I changed some parameters and then the error message shows up.
Attached you can see the error print.

    Thank you in advance!

    Regards,

    Morjana

    Hi Morjana,

Sorry to see that you are having a problem. Do you mind providing a detailed description of the steps you took, including which point of the Freedonia exercise you were in, and the parameters you changed before the error message occurred. This will help us try to reproduce the error and figure out why the it occurred in the first place.

    Thanks!
    Emily
