This new version fixes some bugs, and brings new or expanded support for another 28 countries to the IBC impact calculator extension. This brings the total number of countries supported by IBC to 99.

The 28 newly supported countries are: Algeria, Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Lesotho, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mozambique, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Swaziland, Tunisia, Zimbabwe.

Special thanks to Daven Henze at the University of Colorado for generating the coefficients for all these countries using the Geos-Chem Adjoint model.
