As I started to learn about LEAP, I came to information from 'Notes on Using National “Starter”
Data Sets for LEAP' that there are available data sets per country. They are in preparatory phase or there won't be any data per country?

We previously provided National Starter Data Sets, but they are now out-of-date and we have not had a chance to update them with the latest information from the IEA. If you are looking for guidance in how to start developing your model, use the starter data set notes for guidance, and refer to the data sources provided in the document.
