    Hi,

    In downloading latest x64 version of LEAP, it asks to install "Visual C++ redistributale 2013.." click "yes" and always, always it ends by telling that there was an error in installing such a program. Afterwards, it asks for the "Internet Explorar version 10 or later". Both programs are installed in my computer for no instaling of LEAP is possible. I tried also with the 32 bit option unsuccessfully. Any recommendation?

    Hi Xochitl,

    Have you tried running the LEAP setup file as an administrator? If not, I recommend uninstalling LEAP completely from your computer, and then reinstalling it as an administrator. First, uninstall LEAP through the Windows Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs Option. Then, install LEAP as an Administrator by right-clicking the LEAP setup.exe file, and selecting 'Run as Administrator'.

    If this does not work, than the cause of the problem could be that Visual C++ is not being installed properly. If the Visual C++ problem persists, please send a screenshot image of the error you are seeing and let us know which version of Windows you are using.
