When I started leaning EXERSICE1, I found that there is no NEW option in AREA?

How can I find it?

The "New" option is the first in the list within the Area menu.

If the option is grey or cannot be selected, make sure that you have entered a valid license code into LEAP. You can apply for a license code here (make sure you have first fully completed your website profile):
