There does not appear to be any demands for natural gas or oil in the energy balance provided. If you specify demands for these resources in the demands branch, it will reduce the waste.

Unfortunately, there isn't really a way to show natural gas/oil going to storage. While you could create a demand branch called "Storage" and manually specify demands for this branch equal to the amount of fuel being wasted, this value would need to change every time the demands for natural gas and oil changes elsewhere (say in the electricity generation module), so I don't recommend doing this.
