Which version of LEAP are you using? Please be sure to use the latest version, as well as the latest training materials. These are both available on these pages:

Please also provide a complete description of the software operations you were trying to perform with LEAP when the error occured.

Note as well that an update to the training materials is on its way, and should be released within about a month's time.
