In the first exercise explanation in the guideline, existing and efficient under refrigeration and lighting are not captured. Where does the 380 KWh for efficient under refrigeration come from?

It sounds like you're looking at the completed version of Freedonia that comes pre-installed with LEAP. This is a model that includes all changes up through the end of Exercise 4, which includes information about efficient refrigeration and lighting. These technologies are not described in Exercise 1. When viewing the Freedonia dataset, you may select Area: Revert to Version to select "pre-completed" versions of the model at each stage through the training materials, and you'll find that if you revert to version 1.6.1, these efficient technologies are not found in that model.
