Hi!
While performing demand analysis (of transport sector in my case), I found out that the base year data is of only one year and the rest of forecasting is based on that year's data, I have multiple past years data and I want to utilize all that data as my base year values or base data on the base of which the forecasting is to be performed not on the base of single year value.
For instance, I have fuel consumption data from 2000-2017 and i want the LEAP to use 2000-2017 trends to forecast the future trends.
Please guide me how can I do this ?
