I'm starting to use LEAP. Firstly, I will prepare categories for my thesis. My sector is cement. I have some questions. Where do I add CO2 emission factor? Which category in?

Also, as a new user, we highly recommend that you review LEAP's training materials (found here) in case you already haven't done so. The materials teaches you how to set up a new model, including specifying demands and emissions factors, as well as different policy scenarios.
