I would like to know if it is possible add the currency Real (R$) as a unit at the currency options?

If yes, can anyone help me with that?

Yes, this is possible. To add a new unit of currency, go into the "Units" dialog box (accessed through General: Units). From the units drop-down menu at the top left corner, select "Currency". Then use the green + button to add a new currency. Finally, input the name, abbreviation, and conversion factor.
