Can I enter more than one fuel for same device? I taking specifically about cocking, How it has a different fuels in same row.

and if that is possible, how can I do that? which category shall I use?

In the table that you attached, the rows labeled "Cooking", "Lighting", etc. are end-uses in the LEAP tree. This means they are demand categories (the yellow folder icon), under which you mean include as many technologies (the grey gear icon) as you wish. In this case, the category "Cooking" contains two technologies: one that consumes electricity, and one that consumes natural gas.
