    Dear all,

I am trying to link WEAP and LEAP. However, when I open WEAP and try to link it with LEAP, it gives me the following message: "You cannot edit WEAP-LEAP links unless LEAP is running. The problem is that LEAP is already running when WEAP gives this message. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? What is the problem?

    Thanks in advance,
    Zeynep

    Hi Zeynep,

It may be possible that LEAP and WEAP aren't talking to each other even though LEAP is open. You can reset the connection between these programs by manually re-registering LEAP and WEAP in the Windows Registry. I've attached step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

    Hope this helps!
    Emily
