Dear Team, I would like to make baseline BAU from hotels, household and streetlighting sector. My thesis purpose to provide energy efficiency and emission reduction to achieve NDC target. I have electricity data (kWh) for a month and year per Rayon area in Palembang city. But, how to make baseline BAU ? I prepare for 10 year data population growth and growth rate of gross regional domestic product from statistic database. Thus, where i can start to input data to make baseline BAU ? Please advice.
