Since you are a colleague at SEI, I'm going to take this opportunity to ask you to help me improve the efficiency of how we provide technical support to LEAP users. I hope you don't mind me using you as the test case, which makes for a slightly longer than usual answer...
First on your particular issue, please fully describe the symptoms of the problem. When you try using "hydro" as a tag, what actually happens? Do you get an error message, does the the tag simply fail to appear, or does something else unexpected happen?
It's good practice to send me your data set (send to leap@sei.org attached as a .leap file [Use the Backup button to create this]) and tell me exactly which version of LEAP you are using and your computer information too. You can copy and paste this information from the Help:About screen in LEAP. Please also always try to give me the exact steps to reproduce the problem. Try to ask yourself "What can I tell the tech support staff so that they will be able to see the problem I am having?"
In general, the more you can help us to identify or reproduce your problem, the more we are likely to be able to fix it for you!
