I downloaded LEAP and installed using administrative privileges. But when I tried to initialize LEAP.exe I got the error. I have attached the screenshot for the same. Also, the send report option failed.

Please suggest a solution.

I noticed that in another post that you had responded to, you had deleted the report.ini file and LEAP ran properly. Are you still having a problem with opening LEAP now?
