Can LEAP achieve the optimization without the help of other softwares such as OSeMOSYS&GLPK and CPLEX solver. In other words,if we want to achieve optimization,we must depend on such kind of optimization calculations solver? If so,I`d like to konw the methodology of LEAP , for example what is the Objective function and constraints.

LEAP requires the use of either OSEMoSYS/GLPK or CPLEX to complete its optimization calculations. For more information on optimization in LEAP, refer to the following help page:
