I am currently creating scenarios for my region and one of the scenarios I wanted to run was a modal shift between road and rail. However, the transport analysis in LEAP does not use the activity level variable, so I can't just change the percent shares of each modal. Does anybody have any idea how I can run a modal shift analysis within the transport analysis mode of LEAP?
