Hello,
I have a question about the effect segment in LEAP. I know that we can set a limitation about the maximum emission in a year and then define the externality cost per metric tonne. My current research requires to define GHG limitation in terms of the installed capacity for the power plants. For instance, above 50 MW thermal power plants, I would like to set a constraint about paying $10/metric tonne. How we can do that?
