I have been practicing the "training exercise 2015" for a while now. I have encountered this one issue.

In exercise 3.5, stated in the exercise, "In Freedonia, the only domestic energy resources are coal, hydro-power, biomass (wood) and wind."

The problem is, no "Wind" resource is shown in the "Primary Resources" of the LEAP software that I am using. I have attached an image to visibly show the problem as well, please see the attachment.

Any possible solutions are very much appreciated here. Thank you in advanced.

It appears the figure in Exercise 3.5 is referencing wind resources, even though wind plants are only added to the model in Exercise 4.3.5! So no need to worry, your model is fine and the wind resource branch will be appear later on.

Note that the Resources branch automatically populates itself based on the fuels specified in the Demand and Transformation branches. For example, when you add a new wind plant as an electricity generation process, and then specify 'wind' as a feedstock fuel, a new branch called 'wind' will automatically appear under the Resources branch.
