How many days prior to the expiry date can a licence be renewed. I ask this because my licence expire on 4.12.2019.

You have to wait until the LEAP software expires to renew your license. Once it expires, go to the LEAP license page here to apply for a new license, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours to be approved. Please ensure that your profile and bio are up-to-date as this information is necessary for obtaining a license.
