Hi, there was no response when I clicked the TAB with the mouse, followed by an error dialog.LEAP had to be restarted to return to normal, but the error still occurred. I don't know how to solve it.

Hi Agnes,
Sorry for the inconvenience. That error message is a very low level error and it doesn't help very much in knowing where the problem occurred. Could you tell me the following?
1. What screen you were working on in LEAP when this happened.Best if you can attach a screen shot of the whole screen when this happens.
2. Exactly which version of LEAP you are using (version number and whether 32 or 64 bit). Best if you copy and paste the text in the LEAP Help: About screen.
If this is reproducible, please also email your data set to me as a .leap file and provide instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
