    Good day LEAP Team,

    Can LEAP be used to compute fugitive emissions, say for instance from Coal Mining and Post Coal Mining activities?

    Hi Charles - yes you can specify both fugitive and combustion emissions. For fugitive you can either include them within your demand modeling or you can enter them under the Non Energy sector branches in LEAP. The latter approach is probably more in-keeping with the IPCC inventories methodology.
