When I try to view results, there is a message in the diagnostics section that says "Dispatch exceeded plants rated availability".
How can this issue be solved?

This diagnostic message usually occurs when the data you enter in the Historical Production variable is inconsistent with capacity and maximum availability variables. In other words you have entered values for three variables that are inconsistent with each other.
