I am developing a LEAP IBC model for the Republic of Korea and I would like to reduce the 'From Rest of the World PM2.5 concentration' as it seems excessively high. I have set 'Rest of World Mitigation Effort' to maximum (1). Korea's annual average PM2.5 exposure is about 25-30μg/m3 but as you can see in the screenshot 'from rest of world PM2.5 concentrations' plus 'natural background PM2.5 concentration' is about 27μg/m3 . It is definitely accurate that a large amount of Korea's PM2.5 concentration originates from the rest of world but Korea's domestic emissions are substantial also. I have tried changing the 'Rest of World emissions' but it automatically reverts to IIASA GAINS Eclipse scenario value after I run the model. It is possible alter the 'from rest of world PM2.5 concentration' and still be able to run LEAP-IBC?
