Hi Jose - you have a good memory!
I removed this feature because, TBH, it was rather dangerous. LEAP used a very simple pattern matching algorithm to try and guess which emission factors were suitable within each different sector for each fuel (based on the type of fuel). This could easily lead to it adding the wrong set of emission factors, especially in situations where the LEAP tree contained non-English branch names. It also only added combustion emission factors, which could sometimes cause problems with non-combustion processes like oil refining and charcoal making.
Although I would recommend NOT doing this, you can re-enable the feature by creating a flag file called IPCC.YES within the LEAP program folder (normally \Program Files(x86)\LEAP). Any file named IPCC.YES will do. It does not have to contain any particular data.
Hope this helps!
