    Hi, LEAP community:
    I am using 2020.1.0.29(63-Bit) LEAP, when I set the carbon dioxide effects of fuels, LEAP will help me directly connect to the TED. However, I don't know where can I find the Lower Heating Value and FactionOxidized of IPCC.

    Those are all properties of fuels. You can view/edit them in the General:Fuels screen.
