I use Resource Imports module and Unmet Requirements module.
In Resource Imports module, I input 0.3 TWh,
and in Unmet Requirements module, I input MeetWithImports.
But the balance results shows that there is - 0.3 TWh unmet requirements.

Negative unmet requirements mean energy is being produced in surplus. It looks like the electricity demand was exactly balanced by production in the Transformation modules but then there is a (perhaps) exogenously specified level of electricity imports which are not needed to meet demand. Check the resource branches to see if you have specified any "hard-wired" electricity imports.
