i am currently working on cost benefit module. i got different result with what the guidance/freedonia module. one of the problem is that my cost of production for Hydropower keep appearing (file attached: left is my result and the right one is the freedonia module). i have match my analysis with freedonia analysis but nothing changes. i also have make sure that OM cost is the same with the freedonia module.

my question is that why does freedonia module shows no cost of production for hydropower power plant? i have compared with other RE power plant (wind power plant). wind power plant shows some cost of production.

Your question is regarding cost, but your attachment is technology wise which leave no impression on reader. Please attach picture which will indicate cost of all technologies in the form of fuel cost, capital cost O&M cost etc. This will help us to reply you in the scientific way.
