We have been encountering an issue where LEAP (version 2020.1.0.36) is asking for "passwords", example shown below.

Closing LEAP and opening again multiple times appears to allow the model to be opened but just wondering if this is a known issue or something easy to fix?

Thanks, managed to update to new version of LEAP but the error is still happening,

I can but the problem is on a colleagues laptop so might not be very helpful on my side.
