I am having challenges using IBC in one of my areas which have optimization with NEMO Cbc. I check the indicator box in settings, the IBC tab appears, but disappears upon closing. The check IBC compliance option is also not active. In my other areas with no optimization IBC runs well.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I was able to solve this - in case anyone needs this- by unchecking the non-energy effects box in the settings tab, I was not able to proceed with IBC.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. IBC does require you to specify non-energy sector effects, but it is clearly a dumb design (by me!) that the IBC compliance check also requires this. I will try to get this fixed in the next release.

I know you've also asked a few other IBC questions. I will ask my colleagues in our York center to answer those.
