Hello LEAP-IBC community,
I have a question for LEAP-IBC. As far as I know, the IBC modules in LEAP is just applicable for national levels only for co-benefit analysis. Is there alternative way for LEAP-IBC to work for city/provincial level?

Not at this time I'm afraid. The IBC calculations only work for particular countries and you need to have a complete accounting for the emissions from a particular country. Otherwise the impact calculations are not valid.
