I was working on an optimization exercise on LEAP, and I would like to ask if there is a way to upload on import the solar and wind load factor into the software.

I have received the attached from the country we are focusing on, and would like to know how to use these.

The easiest way to do this is to import from a load shape that contains all 8760 hours of data for a year. If you have that you can import from the General: Yearly Shapes screen.
