Why LEAP does not follow the exact figures of losses?.
Electricity T&D losses of Pakistan were 19.8% in 2016-17 which are 13% now. If I mention it as 19.8% the electricity supply does not meat the demand and if i mention 19.8 LEAP optimization give extra output.
