    I was wondering if there is a straightforward way of modelling a net zero ambition of a country with LEAP.

    Hi Nadia,

    If you plan to monitor carbon emission mitigation policies, the general method is to use the scenario analysis. That is, you could create some scenarios that use different technologies to meet the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. Hope this helps.

    LEAP is a modelling toll, not a model. The modeller have to specify the targets of emissions or have to attached the combustion of fuels with IPCC data base which calculates emissions. You have to specify the target.
