Hi, I downloaded the LEAP 64 bit version 2020.1.56. My system is 64 bit OS and window 10 enterprise version 21H2. I installed it. It was successfully installed. I got my license-approved email. Then I uninstalled LEAP simply from the control panel. Then I downloaded the LEAP from login again and tried to install it again. But it didn't install. I double-clicked the setup, the run as administrator option appears, after selecting yes and then nothing happens. I tried every method i.e. restarting the laptop, deleting the registry keys related to LEAP, deleting the LEAP Areas folder in Documents. But all in vain. I attached the 1-minute video in ppt file. Please help me to find the solution. Thank you.

Sorry Hajra - I have not seen this issue before. The file size of the installation program looks correct. I can only surmise that some other program is blocking the installation such as an anti-virus tool. Check the properties and the digital signature of the file to make sure things look OK. You could also try running the trouble shooter after right-clicking. Finally, you might try temporarily disabling any anti-virus software. Make sure to re-enable it after installation though.
