I am completing Integrated Energy Model of Pakistan with 2020 as base year. In this year, total electricity generation was 135,259 GWh while the consumption was 107067 GWh, while the remaining (28192 GWh) was losses. During LEAP Modelling, LEAP does not include losses of Transformation branch and reduces generation as compared to actual generation.

I notice you put the T&D module below your generation module, so the generation module will not factor in those losses. Please reorder your Transformation modules.
