Hello everyone,

I am writing to seek for your advise on the problem I encountered. I have used the optimization in LEAP, as well as the set the minimum utilization to some power plants so that LEAP dispatches every plant existing in my study. However, the results I got doesn't really seem desirable, especially for biomass and coal as seen in the attached picture. Why does not it keep growing from year to year instead of going up and down? What do you suggest that I should take a look at?
