In LEAP optimization, is it possible to use storage only for renewable energy based power plant and other non RE power plant is used without storage process?

Storage is not linked to particular RE systems. It’s another type of process that works with all the other processes in a module including RE, hydropower and nuclear. You can have multiple storage processes and adjust their parameters to represent batteries, pump storage or CAES for example.
