I have selected Freedonia mode, but this mode does not give permission to change the resources never add nor delete one of them. Therefore, I need to create my own analysis from zero to end, but now I can not exit from the Freedonia mode. How can I select the optimization mode in the LEAP?

Sounds like you might be running in evaluation mode. That mode does not allow you to save changes or create new areas. (BTW- Freedonia is a data set or "area", its not really a mode of operation). Once you have applied for and been granted a license, you can enter a user name and registration code that will fully enable all LEAP's features including the ability to create new areas. You can apply for a license here: https://leap.sei.org/license.
