    Dear All,
When I want to create a yearly shape, I get an error message as shown in the picture.

    Any suggestions on this?

    Thank you

Sorry for the problem. I'm working on a fix for this. Hopefully won't be long.

Seems like I had the same error. Charlie thank you for the update. I tried the update and it still did not work unfortunately. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall LEAP and still no luck. Let us know, thanks for all of your work on it.

LEAP 2020.1.67 is posted now. It should fix the error. If you are still encountering a problem, please contact me by email (leap@sei.org).

I have update the soft to the latest version 2020.1.0.67, the issue "HasLoadShape" still exists.

and updated to 2020.1.0.68, the same error appeared again.

I am following the training Exercise # 1: Introduction to LEAP and encountered a similar problem above

additionally, since I cannot add a new yearly shape I encountered this prompt regarding the Load Factor.

What should I do? I cannot access the Results view

Hi all - sorry for these continued problems.

Could someone email me a data set (as a .leap file) that is showing this issue? Best to send as a dropbox link or a Google Drive link to save problems with large attachments. Please also send a copy of the information in the Help: About screen and the LEAP.log file (which you can find in the LEAP Areas\_Settings folder.

    Please email files to leap@sei.org.

    Thanks!

    Charlie

Hi all - thanks for all your help with this. I've finally found the problem. I was assuming the problem was related to a file update but turns out I was "barking up the wrong tree". (Always bad to make assumptions when debugging!) Anyway, yet another new version coming shortly that should finally fix the problem.

Thanks for your patience and assistance!
