I updated the LEAP version to 2020.1.69, but once I start the LEAP it crashes and can not work. How to solve this problem? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I uninstalled the LEAP and installed the current new version in the C drive, and this issue was figured out at last. Thank you so much.
