    I've been working with an automated system to populate a NemoMod database, and I ran into an interesting problem: if I specify a value for the YEAR of less than 10, I get infeasible or unbounded results. If the minimum is >= 10, then NemoMod executes normally and converges to an optimum.

    Not sure why it would affect the solver or results, but it's odd to see that outcome. I've checked that nothing else causes this problem, just the year.
