    When I run the NEMO on the 2022.1.0.74 version of the LEAP, the running process suspends. It comes out the error message as the pictures attached. Could you please assist me to figure out this issue. Thank you so much.

    Hi, Liya -

    It looks like you're using an older version of NEMO.  Please update to the most recent version (currently 1.8) and try it again.

    Thank you for your message. I try to install the most recent version but it shows the message that this NEMO version can not run on my computer. It's recommended to consult the software publisher. Is it the system issue of my computer or other issues? Thank you.

    I'm not sure what's causing that error.  Is it a Windows error, or maybe something from a virus checker?  Without further information, my best advice would be to try logging into your computer as an administrator and rerunning the installer.

    Thanks for the message. By consulting the IT administrator, the updated version of NEMO is not imcompatible to my computer system.
