We have licensed version of GAMS with CPLEX and MINOS solvers for academic institution. Can CPLEX solver from GAMS be used in LEAP-NEMO optimization? I appreciateyour help if you could inform me about this.

Yes, I think you should be able to use your existing CPLEX license with NEMO without a problem. As long as you have the CPLEX Optimizer installed on your computer, NEMO should be able to connect to it during installation. If you have any problems getting NEMO or Julia to recognize your installation of CPLEX, please let us know.
