I do not know why the fuel production legend does not appear when looking at cumulative discounted social costs for my scenarios. Even if I have already checked with LEAP optimization exercise, there also cannot see fuel production legend.
Is it an error for software version, but I already updated for the latest one.

Sorry for the slow reply. Fuel production costs live under the Resource branches so to see them you'd need to click on a higher level branch in the tree (e.g. the top-level branch for the area).
