Please assist on the below:

1. I'm developing a transport model, I have finished my baseline scenario. I have also developed new technology scenarios. My first issue was that I kept getting a "above 101% for percent share" and I ended up using 'remainder (100) in order not to get the pop-up. So; there is a branch that uses 2 different fuels shared at 60% and 40%, for a scenario build-up I can not use remainder(100) option. So my new fuel technology only affects the 'remainder(40%) technology.. How do I rectify that? I do not have future pprojection on how the 60% tech will behave, I want it to be influenced by all the introduction of the new technology introduction

2. i want to create a scenario that grows negatively over the years, I have the percentage reductions but I can not as input (-30%) for example as a reduction.

3. I want to infuence a future change from the main branch an dnot a technology for e.g. The BAU number of vehicle will decrease by 10% in 2030. whilst the technologies remain...
