LEAP had suddenly stopped working for me, last week and I was getting the following error message when trying to launch the software Version 86 - " Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.You may not have the appropriate permissions to access it." Hence, I uninstalled and reinstalled the same version several times, however it didnt work and I kept getting the same error. So, I went ahead and tried the same with versions 80 and 87, but it still didnt work. Our IT department mentioned that I have all the permissions required to run the software and I should contact LEAP. After a week of exhibiting the error, software version 86 started to function; however, if the issue ever reappears, could you offer a solution for that?
