Hello,
I am modeling an electricity generation system. I am wondering if there is any way to consider ramp rates for electricity generators in the latest versions of LEAP and NEMO?

Sorry for very slow response - TBH I don't think LEAP would be suitable for modeling ramp rates at present as the minimum time slice is an hour. We are considering allowing smaller time slices in the future (possibly 10 or 15 mins). But no plans to implement this yet.
