When running the simulation, as in Spain the installed capacity is higher than 100%, technologies with merit order 2 (Gas, Coal) are not used in the system, so it is necessary to switch them to merit order 1. How could we force LEAP to use these technologies to represent reality? Should we keep them with merit order 1? Or is there another way?
